Home Series

Painting geometric shapes is like doing a puzzle for me. And what shape is more basic to our lives than a child's boxy house with a gabled roof? This series combines simplistic shapes, play of light and thoughts of what happens in the homes of children, no matter what their age.

House Dreams

Sometimes a house just says, "Look at me!" I'll wonder what it would be like to live there; what lives have already been lived their; what stories could be told.
While I have taken ample artistic license with these, they are real houses in real places.
